Lotus currently manufactures four branded drugs, all of which are listed in China’s national medical insurance catalog. The Company sells its drugs to consumers through its own direct sales network and pharmacies. Lotus sells its own drugs and pharmaceutical products produced by other manufacturers indirectly to consumers through hospitals and distributors throughout the PRC by using an extensive national sales network.

Mai Xin (valsartan)

	Valsartan is used to treat hypertension - Lotus’ best selling drug (brand name “Mai Xin”)
	Produced in bulk and capsule form, it received SFDA approval in 2000
	Globally recognized long lasting therapeutic effects and limited side-effects

Mu Xin (Brimonidine Tartrate Eye Drops)

	Brimonidine Tartrate is used for the treatment of glaucoma (brand name “Mu Xin”)
	Initially introduced in the US in 1998, Brimonidine Tartrate eye drops produce fast and long lasting therapeutic effects

Jun Xin (Levofloxacin Lactate for Injection)

	Levofloxacin Lactate for injections (brand name “Jun Xin”)
	A popular anti-bacterial drug, it is used in the treatment of mild, moderate, and severe infections such as acute maxillary sinusitis, acute bacterial exacerbation of chronic bronchitis, community-acquired pneumonia, complicated and uncomplicated skin and skin structure infections, complicated and uncomplicated urinary tract infections, and acute pyelonephritis
	Lotus East received the rights to manufacture and distribute this drug in the Chinese market in 2005
	Levofloxacin is one of most widely use antibiotics in China

Ni Mai Jiao Lin (Nicergoline for injection)

	Nicergoline for Injection is an alpha-receptor blockage nerve system blood-brain medicine (brand name “Ni Mai Jiano Lin”)
	On the cerebral level, it prompts a lowering of vascular resistance, an increase in arterial flow and stimulates the use of oxygen and glucose, and also improves blood circulation in the lungs and limbs, and has been shown to inhibit blood platelet aggregation
	It is used to treat senile dementia, migraines of vascular origin, transient ischemia, platelet hyper-aggregability and macular degeneration.
