Dr. Zhong Yi Liu, Founder, Chairman & CEO- Dr. Liu is founder and CEO of the company since 1996. Prior to that, he was a physician for ten years in both Beijing Xiehe Hospital and Aerospace Center Hospital. He holds a master's degree in Endocrinology from Beijing Union Medical College and a bachelor's degree in Clinical Medicine from Inner Mongolia Medicine College.

Ms. Yan Zeng, CFO- Ms. Zeng joined the company in charge of accounting in 2008 and became the CFO in 2009. Prior to this, she was a registered accountant in Beijing Topson Certified Public Accountants, conducting auditing and providing financial counsel for public companies.  Between 2004 and 2005, she was a financial manager for Beijing Unite Youbang Science and Technology Ltd.  Ms. Zeng is a CPA in China with a bachelor's degree in Business from Beijing Information Science & Technology University.

Xing Shen, Ph.D., VP of Corporate Development - Dr. Shen became the VP of Corporate Development in 2010, and is responsible for strategic business development and investor relations. Previously, he was an associate equity research analyst at RBC Capital Markets, covering biotech companies. He has a Ph.D. and a MBA, both from Duke University, a master's degree from Peking University, and a bachelor's degree from Wuhan University.

Jun Lu, Head of R&D- Mr. Lu joined the company in 2006. Previously, he was with Beijing Double Crane Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd. His main research area includes new pharmaceutical dosage forms and controlled release drug delivery. He holds a master's degree and a bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from Shen Yang Pharmaceutical University.
